VMSA Board Nominations Are Now Open

Nominations for VMSA Incorporated Board Members at the Annual General Meeting on 22 October 2025 are now open.

In accordance with the VMSA Constitution, three board members must retire from office at each annual general meeting. A board member retiring from office is eligible for re-election, subject to a maximum term of six consecutive years.

Nominations of candidates for election as board members must be received by 5pm on Friday, 5 September.

The nominations must be:
– accompanied by a short biographical statement and the consent of the candidate.
– endorsed by two members.
– given to the association by notice.

The board members may review the nominees in accordance with a board composition policy and may endorse candidates for election by the members.

It should be noted that the three retiring board members are eligible for re-election and have indicated that they will re-nominate at this AGM.
