Pines Community Men’s Shed Benches for Schools

The Frankston Charitable Fund provides one-off funding to assist charitable organisations for programs and projects that work to improve quality of life by increasing life opportunities and social inclusion in Frankston City.

Funded by one of the Grants provided by the Frankston Charitable Fund, the Pines Community Men’s Shed has provided five outdoor settings to each of four state primary schools in the City of Frankston. Remaining funds will be able to provide a further five settings for another four schools.

Reports from schools have already stated that the students love the settings, and teachers are having a hard time getting them off the settings and back to class.
